Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a great value for money. The rooms, while a bit small, were spotlessly clean. The lack of hair dryer and iron was a small inconvenience, but overall, it was perfect for sightseeing in the lively old city.
The hotel is in a prime location, perfect for exploring the old city sites and enjoying the Saturday and Sunday market. The rooms are clean, albeit slightly small, and lack a wardrobe, but overall neat and cozy. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service. The dining options offer both Western and Thai choices, extending to midday, although room for improvement is noted. The facilities are well-decorated and in a good location for experiencing the magic of Chiang Mai.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately, they were partly open to draughts and rather cold. The public areas were nicely decorated, and the staff was polite and helpful. However, the morning noise was quite bothersome.
